Ok so like fr sometimes life is cray busy and eating healthy seems impossible lol u wake up late gotta rush to work errands everything and suddenly ur breakfast is like chips or worse lol. But fr eating healthy doesnt have to be hard or take forever u can do it quick easy n still feel like ur doing something good for ur body. I got some stuff u can try even if ur totally slammed this week.
Breakfast: Smoothies & Quick Bowls
Breakfast is probs the hardest lol. Smoothies r lifesavers. literally throw banana berries maybe spinach (i know gross but trust me) scoop protein peanut butter milk or yogurt blend and done. Wraps r easy too tortilla hummus veggies protein (chicken tofu beans) roll up n go. Easy desk eat car eat sneaky eat lol.
